The Outer Sanctuary Once the fabled school for mutants, now Xavier’s school has been completely destroyed. It’s clear after the Phoenix incident somebody came to the institute to cover the X Men’s tracks, nobody would ever suspect the levelled mansion would hold the secrets of the X Men beneath it. The only sign that the X Men were once here is the engravings of the names of the fallen heroes on the ground. The New X Men use this area to relax and get some fresh air. |

The Inner Sanctuary Once known as the Sub basement this area is now known as the Inner Sanctuary. Beneath the derelict school there are four levels each containing different utilities that were once key to the smooth operation of the X Men. The basement holds the danger room, an empty hanger where the X Men’s transportation used to be kept, medical bay science labs and a large round room that holds a piece of equipment nobody can work. |

The Training Grounds With the danger room being as unpredictable as the lottery the X Men are taking a more grass roots approach to training and using the local area to run drills. Mainly the local forests that managed to survive the event and the derelict town of Salem. |

Luxury apartments for every member of government as well as their families, includes dozens of guest suites, a shopping mall and a council hall and everything else you could think of.
