Jes is a strong leader with a big heart. She's the one who will give the heart warming speeches. She's the one who can always see the glass half full. Generally Jes is a moral leader. She tends to those who need it and even those who don't. She's never one to leave a man behind, but always willing to go down with the ship.

To her close friends and confidantes, Jes is a hopeless romantic. This could be counted as one of her faults as well. She's a 'motherly' type figure, even referenced as the 'Harriet Tubman' of mutants. She 's not one to shy away from a possible relationship, within circumstances. She grows very attached to her lovers, even becoming clingy to a sense. Though if a loved one dies, Jes is bound to snap.

Overall, Jes is more of a lover and less of a fighter. She prefers to talk things through than to resort to physical violence. One of her strengths, her 'smooth mouth' has averted many disasters and made her the leader she is today. She's fearless and willing to put herself in dangers way as opposed to those under her. Least to say, she's a born leader.

THE ABILITY: 2 Paragraphs
Jes has the ability to transform her entire body into smoke and drift away only to come back together at another location. This is by no means teleportation. It is a slow process for her to travel even a mile, as she has to concentrate to keep her smoke mass together. In her smoke form, Jes can squeeze through a keyholes to a open window, the limits are nearly un-defined. This is mainly a offensive and tactical power.

The only defensive power that adds to her favor is the ability to smother someone. This is particularly effective on asthmatics. This smothering technique is excited by Jes transforming into her smoke self and entering someones nasal cavities for a short amount of time. She has studied the human body for years and is able to successfully 'knock someone out.' Meaning she can send someone into unconsciousness for about an hour or so.
THE WEAKNESS:
There are many weaknesses to Jes's power, foremost being wind. Like any smoke substance, Jes can be blown away by a strong gale force, no matter her concentration level. This being said, in order for Jes to move from one location to the next, she has to be completely concentrated on keeping her mass together. This leaves her open for attacks and such. Another weakness to her smoke is water. If doused, while in her smoke form, she will simply re-appear as a human, sopping wet and can't transform into smoke until fully dry. This is a huge limitation on many possibilities.
